National and international performer Darden Purcell is a Washington DC based featured soloist who has performed on stage and as backup vocalist with Chaka Kahn, George Benson, Darlene Love, Sara Bareilles and other jazz greats.
Tonight, she will be joined onstage with the talented student members of the Jazz Vocal Ensemble from George Mason University, where Dr. Purcell serves as Associate Professor and Ensemble Director.
