Schools Put on Lockdown as Police Search for Armed Man
Updated: El Dorado Middle, Westwood Elementary and Concord High were put on lockdown late Monday afternoon as police searched for 29-year-old Sean Rosevear. He was apprehended just after 5 p.m. by a police dog and sustained bite injuries.
