I proudly serve as community editor for six Patch online community news sites -- Brandon Patch, South Tampa-Hyde Park Patch, Seminole Heights Patch, New Tampa Patch, Temple Terrace Patch and Bloomingdale-Riverview Patch.
I have been married to my husband, Michael, a forensic psychologist, for 28 years. We have a musically talented 17-year-old son, Ian, who attends Tampa Catholic High School. We've lived in Bloomingdale East for 16 years.
I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism and have spent my entire professional career in journalism. I was the editor of The Brandon News for 18 years and worked as a general assignment reporter for the Tampa Tribune, covering everything from breaking news to photo features.
