MindShift Gym

Happy New Year! Join us by celebrating awesome movement! This meetup is a great opportunity to learn parkour in a fun and supportive community. We break down the foundational skills you need into easy-to-approach steps for all levels. We'll learn skills like vaults, rolls, jumping, landing, climbing, and more.
After this class, you will be eligible for our "white band" parkour classes and open gym. These are beginner classes and open sessions hosted throughout the week every week.
NO experience needed! Come as you are!
Ages 18+ only. For ages 9-17, check out our youth/teen workshop.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes that you can jump around in as well as a water bottle. We have water coolers to refill bottles.

School Crossing Guards Needed in Reston
Reston friends&mdash;we&rsquo;re looking for caring, dependable neighbors to help keep our local kids safe on their walk to and from school.
What you&rsquo;ll do: Be a friendly, familiar face at the crosswalk&mdash;helping students cross safely and keeping traffic moving during busy school times.
Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, school days only Pay: $16.50 for a 1/2 hour shift. Work 1/2 hour in the morning before school and 1/2 hour in the afternoon after school. Location: Reston, VA (local residents preferred)
This is a perfect fit for retirees, stay-at-home parents, grandparents, or anyone who wants to give back just a little time each day and make a big difference close to home.
