Bio: Hunt took a keen interest in writing at a young age and brings more than 25 years of professional journalism experience to Patch. A graduate of both The Lovett School and North Carolina State University, Hunt doesn't take himself too seriously and sometimes talks in what has been described as a mumble-drawl-lisp.

"I tend to be on the more moderate side of things as I like to take each issue on a case-by-case basis. Overall, though, it is my goal to be fair and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, especially in my coverage."

"I would consider myself an observant Christian. I grew up in the church and my faith remains a very important part of my life. I'm accepting of all religions, however, and enjoy exploring how different people view spirituality."
