Join nonprofit <a href="https://rockrecoveryed.org/" title="https://rockrecoveryed.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow">Rock Recovery</a> and <a href="https://www.selahhouse.com/" title="https://www.selahhouse.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow">Selah House</a> (residential treatment center) on Thursday, December 18th for our annual Hope for Healing night of prayer. Gather with us virtually as we come together to pray for the millions of individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by this mental health disease.
The evening will include an encouraging devotional and small breakout prayer time led by Rock Recovery and Selah House staff, community leaders and volunteers. Together we will pray for those who suffer, the loved ones who support them, and the treatment communities and providers who care for them.
More than 28 million Americans alone will be diagnosed with an eating disorder at some point in their lifetime; yet only 1 in 10 will access the treatment they need to recover. Join us as we pray over the individuals and families who are impacted each year, and thank God for the blessings of virtual connection and healing.

About Rock Recovery: Rock Recovery is an outpatient eating disorder nonprofit based in Arlington, VA that provides individual and group therapy services across DC, MD and VA, as well as nationwide, faith-based support groups. Rock strives to eradicate mental health stigma and spread awareness around eating disorders through its low-cost, transformational resources that are offered to those struggling and their support networks. Since 2009, the organization has provided low-cost therapy to more than 350 adults and families, and educated more than 18,000 community members to seek help for themselves or their loved ones.
About Selah House: Located in the peaceful Indiana countryside, Selah House helps women and adolescent girls, ages 12 and older, claim freedom from their eating disorders and other co-occurring disorders. Our comprehensive program focuses on the whole person, to ensure long-term recovery. We believe that the combination multidisciplinary care modalities and a unique step-down approach, including inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programming in a homelike setting are the best path for sustainable freedom from eating disorders.
