• FCDOT proposes streets for testing reduced 20-mph speed limit (ffxnow.com) — Lake Barcroft residents may soon see 20-mph speed limit signs on Patrick Henry Drive, Beachway Drive, Nevius Street, and near Justice High School as part of a Fairfax County pilot. FCDOT is collecting community feedback through Dec. 19 and plans to launch the lower-speed zones in summer 2026, pending state approval.
