Incumbent Parkinson Wins Election to State Rep 105 District
Incumbent Republican Mark Parkinson overwhelmingly beat Democrat Debbie Bixler, winning 60.50 percent of the vote.

Incumbent Republican Mark Parkinson overwhelmingly beat Democrat Debbie Bixler, winning 60.50 percent of the vote.

Republican Chrissy Sommer won 60.19 percent of the vote to Democrat Morton Todd's 39.65 percent.
Libertarian John Alsup took just 17.83 percent of the vote to Zerr's 81.55 percent.
Democrat Jerry Daugherty lost to St. Charles City Councilman Michael Klinghammer.
The committee brought in three candidates, including Iowa City police chief Sam Hargadine, for interviews and tours of the city, including current Interim Police Chief Larry Stulce.

Klinghammer, who has served on the St. Charles City Council, seeks to unseat incumbent Jerry Daugherty on the St. Charles County Council.
