In the quiet heart of winter, the world seems to sleep - but beneath the frozen earth, life is gathering. Energy is restoring itself. Vision is being born in the dark.
This class invites you to root into stillness, to rest in the fertile emptiness, and to reconnect with the light that glows deep within. As we begin the slow turning toward spring, we listen not for answers, but for the quiet truth beneath the surface.
We’ll honor the energy of midwinter - a time of inward reflection, dreaming, and subtle transformation. The gong’s healing resonance will support deep rest, clearing, and renewal, helping you release what has been and prepare for what is quietly coming to life within you.
<h3>The Class Flow</h3>
The first half of the class is dedicated to opening, stretching, expanding, and raising our energy through Kundalini Yoga &amp; Breath-work. 
During the second half of the class laying in Shavasana (corpse pose) or sitting in meditation, you will bliss out and touch the infinite as you bathe in the AMAZING universal vibrations of the GONG!!!

<h2>Level Three:</h2>
In the Advanced Reiki Training Master Level, we will continue hands on practice, and dive deeper into the art of Reiki, share best practices, help answer questions and discuss any issues that come up during your practice. We will review the Reiki symbols from Level Two, and you will receive your Reiki Master symbol.&nbsp;
You will receive your Usui Reiki Level Three Master attunement. A new manual will be distributed to you for your Master Level. Note, this attunement will make you a Reiki Master, but is not the Teacher level training.
<h2>Who is this for?</h2>
This class is for anyone who has completed their Usui Reiki Level Two with Jennifer or another certified Reiki Master Teacher. You should have a desire to take your energy healing ability to the next level..
