The Mid-Peninsula Widow and Widowers Association (<a href="https://www.mpwwa1.org" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.mpwwa1.org</a>)&nbsp;is a 501(c)(3)&nbsp;non-profit, non-sectarian organization whose membership is comprised exclusively of widows and widowers.&nbsp;The group organizes activities for its members so they can stay engaged with others doing fun, social activities after the passing of their spouse. Group activities include: meals at local restaurants; games including Bocce Ball, Bowling, Card Games; weekly business meetings in Los Altos often followed by a speaker and entertainment; picnic and more.
The group has General Meetings on the first&nbsp;Tuesday of every month from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm. and the following Tuesday&nbsp;nights from 7:30--9:00 pm.&nbsp; Visitors are welcome to join us, at no charge, and should arrive 30 minutes before the meeting starts.&nbsp;
Annual membership dues are $80.&nbsp;&nbsp;General Meetings are in Luther Hall at the Los Altos Lutheran Church; 460 So. El Monte Ave, Los Altos, CA 94022.&nbsp; Access the parking lot from Cuesta.&nbsp;&nbsp;
