Orange Insulation Contractor Admits To Operating Fraud Scheme
Edward Petrucci plead guilty today to wire and mail fraud charges.

Paul Petrone grew up in Salem, graduated from the University of Connecticut and previously worked at The Day and The Bulletin before landing a job at Patch.com in 2010.
