Former Hamden NHR Reporter Ann DeMatteo Dies After Battle With Cancer
DeMatteo, who covered Hamden for the New Haven Register for many years, passed away on Sunday at the age of 56.

Paul Petrone grew up in Salem, graduated from the University of Connecticut and previously worked at The Day and The Bulletin before landing a job at Patch.com in 2010.
Paul originally worked as the local editor of Waterford Patch for 2 1/2 years. Since, he has run the Montville Patch, worked as a field editor and now runs 16 Patch sites throughout Connecticut as a curation editor.
