Nobody in New York Pays More For Auto Insurance Than Brooklynites
Brooklynites paying 50-percent more for car insurance than Manhattan.

After four amazing years at Marist College, where I was the sports editor of the school newspaper, an intern with the New York Islanders, a music minor with the famed Marist College band and more, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sports Communications.
Upon graduation, I returned home to Miller Place, where I have lived since 1995, and began freelancing for Patch.com. After months of covering sports across Long Island I became the editor of the Miller Place-Rocky Point Patch in early 2011.
After over two exciting years in Miller Place, I have turned the page to a new chapter in my career and joined the Brooklyn Patch team as your community editor.
You may already know me, but if I'm still a stranger to you I want to change that. Look for me around town and don't hesitate to say hello- I want to hear what you think about Patch because after all, YOU are the news.
