Heartfulness Meditation Center

Richmond-area residents are invited to gather at the Heartfulness Meditation Center to observe World Meditation Day, a global meditation event joined by millions worldwide.
This local, in-person gathering offers a calm and welcoming setting for both beginners and experienced meditators. The program includes a brief introduction to Heartfulness Meditation, followed by participation in a live-streamed global guided meditation led by Heartfulness teacher Daaji.
Meditating together provides an opportunity to slow down, reduce stress, and experience a sense of connection within the local community while taking part in a worldwide moment of reflection. Attendees will also have time for questions and guidance on simple ways to continue meditation at home.
Heartfulness Meditation is a secular practice focused on relaxation and inner balance. No prior experience is required, and all are welcome. Light refreshments will be available after the session.
