Crystal Lake Police announced plans for a safe driving enforcement during the Labor Day weekend.
A memorial visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, August 17, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 485 W. Woodstock St., Crystal Lake. The service will be at 12 p.m.
