We’re excited to invite you to a special striking seminar with Sam Yousefi&nbsp;at <a href="https://www.virginiabjj.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">One Spirit Martial Arts</a> (OSMA) on Saturday, January 10th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Note that the fee for this event is $20, to be paid at the door. Sam brings nearly 30 years in martial arts and over 14 years of professional fight experience in&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed_martial_arts" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Mixed Martial Arts</a> (MMA)<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed_martial_arts" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"></a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxing" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">boxing</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kickboxing" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">kickboxing</a>, and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muay_Thai" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Muay Thai</a>. Sam has competed at a high level, earned multiple regional, national, and world titles, and now focuses on helping people build sharp, confident striking and strong fight awareness. This session will lean into boxing and MMA-style striking. Expect hands-on work with footwork, combinations, defense, movement, and conditioning, all tied together in a high-energy, fun class that anyone can jump into.
