Lansdale Man Photographed Boy on Toilet at Disney World: Cops

Joseph Cionzynski, 59, of Perkiomen Avenue, allegedly photographed an 8-year-old boy on the toilet at Disney's Animal Kingdom. He will be extradited to Florida to face a felony charge of voyeurism of a minor.
