• Cedar City property manager sentenced after defrauding victims of more than $2.1M (gephardtdaily.com) — A Cedar City property manager has been sentenced to just over two years in federal prison and ordered to repay more than $2.1 million after defrauding local HOAs, property owners, and tenants over several years. Investigators say he embezzled funds and carried out bank fraud tied partly to gambling, with Cedar City Police assisting federal authorities in the case.
