• Rockingham town manager to take same position in Springfield (vermontjournal.com) — Bellows Falls and Rockingham residents will soon see a change in town leadership as current town manager Scott Pickup leaves at year’s end to become Springfield’s town manager. He’ll still help present the new fire chief on Dec. 30, while Rockingham begins a search for his replacement with support from statewide municipal organizations.

• Rutland Herald Community News for Dec. 10, 2025 (rutlandherald.com) — Bellows Falls residents can donate blood at United Church on School Street this Thursday, Dec. 11, from noon to 4:30 p.m., as part of a statewide Red Cross push to stabilize holiday blood supplies. The broader roundup also highlights upcoming Audubon birding events, arts and history grants, and LGBTQ+ grant awards benefiting organizations across Vermont.
