• Malcolm Floyd Severance, 101 (vermontbiz.com) — Colchester readers are saying goodbye to Malcolm Floyd Severance, a 101-year-old former state representative from Colchester who helped shape UVM’s business school and developed Severance Corners. A longtime Colchester landowner and community volunteer, he leaves children in Colchester and Burlington. Visiting hours are Friday, Dec. 12 in Essex Junction, with a memorial service Saturday, Dec. 13 in Burlington.
