β€’ Rutland Herald Community News for Dec. 10, 2025 (rutlandherald.com) β€” Middlebury residents can donate blood locally on Dec. 30 at Vermont Cider Co. on Exchange Street, part of a countywide Red Cross push to bolster holiday blood supplies. Several Addison County organizations, including Addison Central Teens, Elderly Services, Henry Sheldon Museum, and Turning Point of Addison County, also received new grant funding that supports youth, seniors, history, and LGBTQ+ empowerment.

The family-friendly show runs 7–10 p.m. with an early β€œRipton midnight” countdown, champagne toast for adults, and tiered ticket prices for adults and kids, available via the box office or phone.

β€’ Unbeaten men's hockey up to fifth in Division III poll after win and tie (hamilton.edu) β€” Hamilton College’s unbeaten men’s hockey team recently battled to a 0-0 tie at Middlebury College, then won the shootout to gain an extra NESCAC standings point. The Continentals, now ranked No. 5 nationally in Division III, are 7-0-1 behind strong goaltending and a high-scoring offense as they head into a home game against Nazareth University before the holiday break.
