• Man dies by suicide following police investigation in Essex; roadway reopens (mynbc5.com) — Milton police joined Essex officers Monday at an Indian Brook Road home, where a man under investigation later died by suicide after a single gunshot was heard inside. The road was closed for several hours, Vermont State Police are now handling the case, and officials publicly thanked Milton officers while urging anyone in crisis to call or text 988.
