• Shaftsbury Barracks / DUI #2 (blogspot.com) — A driver was arrested on suspicion of second-offense DUI after a vehicle slid off US Route 7 in Sunderland on Tuesday night, December 9. Vermont State Police say the 32-year-old Winhall resident showed signs of impairment and was cited to appear in Bennington County Superior Court on December 29. Expect normal court schedule changes to remain possible.
