• SEVCA seeks volunteers for tax assistance program (vermontjournal.com) — Residents of Windham County can access free tax preparation, homestead declaration help, and credit claim assistance through SEVCA’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, which is now seeking more volunteers. Training is provided, schedules are flexible, and roles range from tax prep to intake and general support, including opportunities for those with language or ASL skills.
