Fatal Crash Reported On Richmond Highway In Fair Haven: Police

A fatal crash was reported on Richmond Highway south of Alexandria City Monday morning, according to Fairfax County Police. The driver, an adult man, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
