Fredericksburg City police arrested a suspect over the weekend who they say raped a 12-year-old girl eight years ago, according to authorities. With the help of the U.S. Marshal's Service and tips from the public, police arrested David Jackson, charging him with one count of felony rape of a victim younger than 13.
