Armed Forces Day Freedom Ride Saturday in Springfield

The Armed Forces Day Freedom Ride will come to Springfield on Saturday.

Del. Eileen Filler-Corn (D-41st District) will attend this fundraiser for emergency assistance for disabled veterans and wounded warriors. Attendees will be able to see military displays including the Wall of The Fallen, a tribute with the names of all those killed from Virginia.

Hardcore Choppers will show off their custom bikes, and singer-songwriter Sam Tate will perform at the event with other bands and vendors, at the American Legion Post 176, 6520 Amherst Ave. in Springfield.
