NoVA Drivers Blasted In Retired Marine's Obituary

"He hated how all of you were incapable of driving competently," reads the obituary of a northern Virginia man.

ANNANDALE, VA—A retired Marine's obituary was already replete with his numerous military accomplishments, but it wouldn't have been complete without roasting his fellow Northern Virginians.

On Sunday, The Washington Post published the obituary of Col. Robert F. Gibson, 77, who died in Annandale on Dec. 26, 2017. His family describes his military service and ends with a scorcher about drivers in the area.

"A native of Northern Virginia for the last 30 years of his life, he hated how all of you were incapable of driving competently," states the obituary.
