Two Face Charges After Car Reported Stolen in Annandale: Police
An Annandale man and a Springfield man are facing charges after incident Tuesday in Annandale.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Two suspects are facing charges of auto theft and possession of stolen property in Annandale, police reported Wednesday.
Police responded Tuesday night just after 9 p.m. to a report of a stolen car in the 7700 block of Lafayette Forest Drive in Annandale (see map below).
The victim reported to police that he had last seen his car around 6 a.m. Tuesday, and when he went to drive it around 5 p.m., it was missing. While an officer was taking his report, patrol officers in the area located a car that matched the description, police said. The suspects were located and taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center.

Police say Alexander Ghirmay, 21, of Annandale was charged with grand larceny (auto theft) and Tony Le Weber, 21, of Springfield was charged with possession of stolen property.
