2 Men Sought In Burglary At Arlington Mill Business: ACPD

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police are looking for two men they say stole merchandise from a business in the Arlington Mill area late Wednesday afternoon, according to authorities.

Officers responded around 4:51 p.m. for the report of a larceny at a business in the 5000 block of Columbia Pike.

"Upon arrival, it was determined Suspect One entered the business and began concealing merchandise during which an employee started to take photos of him with their cellphone," according to the incident report. "When the suspect went to exit the store without payment, he took the employee’s phone and threw it across the business before fleeing the scene in a black sedan driven by Suspect Two. No injuries were reported."

Through their investigation, police confirmed that Suspect One had entered the business on Tuesday, collected merchandise, and threatened an employee before leaving the scene in a vehicle, reports say.

Police described Suspect One as a Black man, standing approximately 5-foot-9 to 6 feet in height and weighing 155-170 pounds with long braids. He was wearing blue shorts, a white shirt and a black medical mask.

ACPD says Suspect Two was a Black man, who stood about 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-1 in height with black dreadlocks and a beard. He was wearing gray pants and a white shirt, according to police.
