28 Arlington Companies On List Of Startups To Watch

Twenty-eight startups based in Arlington made the 2023 Inc. 5000 list, which highlighted the companies' revenue growth from 2019 to 2022.

ARLINGTON, VA — Several startups with roots in Arlington are worth keeping an eye on as they respond to some of the nation’s most vexing problems, Inc. magazine said with the release of its 2023 Inc. 5000 list.

The startup companies were ranked by revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To be considered, they had to have earned at least $100,000 in 2019 and grown that to at least $2 million by the end of 2022. To be considered, the companies must have been up and generating revenue by March 31, 2019.

  • Echo Five Group, a government services company, grew by 853 percent during the three years and ranked 691st nationally.
  • Black Cape, a software company, grew by 628 percent during the three years and ranked 938th nationally.
  • C3 Integrated Solutions, a government services company, grew by 489 percent during the three years and ranked 1,205th nationally.
  • MarginEdge, a software company, grew by 478 percent during the three years and ranked 1,233rd nationally.
  • Green Powered Technology, an energy company, grew by 420 percent during the three years and ranked 1,391st nationally.
