He is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 165-175 lbs. Police said he was last seen at 7 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Clarendon Boulevard wearing a blue t-shirt and gray sweatpants. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Emergency Communications Center at 703-558-2222.
