Arlington Election 2025 Voter Guide: Candidates For County, Statewide Races
Arlington voters will cast ballots Tuesday to determine the winners in school board and Arlington County Board races, along with governor.

ARLINGTON, VA — Voters in Arlington will head to the polls Tuesday to cast ballots for at-large members for both the school board and Arlington County Board. They will also decide who will be Virginia's next governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general, as well as who will be their representative in the Virginia House of Delegates.
In Arlington, 40,058 voters have already cast ballots during the early voting period, which ran from Sept. 19 and ended on Saturday. Polls will be open Tuesday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.

To vote on Election Day, visit your assigned polling place between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. An acceptable form of ID is required to vote in person.
Visit the Citizen Portal on the Virginia Department of Elections website to check your registration status. The deadline for registering or updating your registration to vote in person or by mail was Oct. 24. However, voters may register and vote using a provisional ballot in-person on Election Day.
Completed mail-in ballots can be turned in on Election Day at your polling place or any of the 12 drop boxes that located around Arlington that are open 24 hours a day.
The deadline for returning a ballot by drop box is 7 p.m. on Nov. 4. Completed ballots returned by mail must be received by noon on Nov. 7.
