ARLINGTON, VA — Police have arrested a man on numerous charges on Friday after finding guns in his possession when he was stopped for fare evasion at the Pentagon City Metro station, police say.
Metro Transit Police officers stopped the 24-year-old man -- reportedly Malike Razon Brittain of Clinton, Md. -- for fare evasion, and when he refused to comply with the issuance of a citation by not giving his identification, police placed him under arrest, MTP tweeted Friday evening.
A search following the arrest turned up two firearms: an assault rifle-pistol and a revolver, MTP said, adding that they also found crack cocaine and a prescription drug with codeine.
