Burglar Fails To Break Into Arlington Home: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Someone tried and failed to break into a house in north Arlington over the weekend, police say.

Police were called to the 3500 block of N. Delaware Street at around 6:29 p.m. on Sept. 7 to a report of an attempted burglary, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

Police believe that between 1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. that day, someone tried to force entry into the residence unsuccessfully, causing damage.
