CAVA Opens In Ballston Friday, Free Meal For First 150 Customers
For those looking for Mediterranean food on the go, the popular fast-casual restaurant CAVA is opening up in Ballston Friday.
ARLINGTON, VA — For those looking for Mediterranean food on the go, the popular fast-casual restaurant CAVA is opening up in Ballston Friday.
CAVA will open on the ground floor of the Stafford Place II building at 4121 Wilson Blvd. This is the 28th location in the D.C. region.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 150 customers will score a free meal, starting at 10:45 a.m. The proceeds will go to City Blossoms, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering healthy communities by developing kid-driven green spaces.

WTOP reports the new location will span 2,600-square-feet and seat 52.
Diners first pick a base of salad, greens and grains or a grain bowl. Next, they chose dips and spreads, such as tzatziki, crazy feta, roasted red pepper hummus and more. Next come toppings, like falafel, spicy lamb meatballs or grilled chicken. Toppings include cabbage slaw, olives, tabbouleh and more.

The company also owns Cava Mezze at 2940 Clarendon Blvd., which offers a more formal dining experience.
