Couple Steals Power Tools From Arlington Homeowner's Garage
According to police, the homeowner left his garage door open when a man and woman decided to help themselves to his belongings.
ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington homeowner unintentionally created a crime of opportunity when he recently left his garage door open in broad daylight, according to police.
As a result, officers said a man and woman were easily able to walk inside the garage and steal numerous power tools.
Police said the burglary happened Thursday along the 2600 block of S. Joyce Street around 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Police said the suspects are described as a white man and white woman between 20-30 years old.
