Gym Teacher Pleads Guilty To Selling Pot At Elementary School
A former gym teacher at Taylor Elementary School pleaded guilty to selling marijuana at the school, according to reports.

ARLINGTON, VA — A former gym teacher at Taylor Elementary School pleaded guilty Thursday to selling marijuana at the school, according to reports.
Michael Diaddigo, 28, will serve one of a 12-month jail sentence if he follows probation, including a $500 fine and substance abuse treatment, ABC7 reports.
Diaddigo and another teacher — Luke Lloyd, 25 — were charged with possession of marijuana and were suspended from their teaching jobs.

Lloyd was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 20 served, a $500 fine and 100 hours of community service.
Another staff member, who was not identified, was also placed on additional leave for their involvement.

Police executed a search warrant at Taylor Elementary School Friday, Dec. 1 after a report of teachers who routinely smoked marijuana inside the physical education office at the school.
Police executed search warrants at the school and inside of the suspect's cars, according to reports.
"As educators, we are obviously shocked and dismayed by this news, and our first concern has been for our students," a letter from the principal to parents said, according to NBC Washington. "We believe the investigation is only focused on the adults and does not involve any of their interactions with our children."
