Man In Parked Car Exposes Himself To 2 Women In Arlington: Police

Arlington County police believe the same man exposed himself to two women in the Crystal City area Monday morning.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police believe the same man exposed himself to two women in the Crystal City area on Monday.

At about 8:40 a.m. on Monday, police were dispatched to the 3500 block of S. Ball Street for the report of an indecent exposure.

Police determined the female victim was walking in the area when the male suspect in a parked vehicle started a conversation with her. During the conversation, the man exposed himself and fled the scene in his vehicle, police said.

Shortly before 10 a.m. on Monday, police were dispatched to the 400 block of 12th Street S. for another report of an indecent exposure. It was determined the female victim was walking in the area when the suspect, matching the description of the man from the prior incident, started a conversation from his parked vehicle and exposed himself before fleeing the scene in his vehicle.

The suspect is described as a Black male, about 25 to 35 years old with short hair, wearing a blue t-shirt and black sweatpants and driving a silver SUV.
