Man Who Chased Woman In Rosslyn Cited For Robbery: Police
Arlington County Police arrested a man they say chased a woman in Rosslyn early Sunday before stealing her cellphone.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police arrested a 42-year-old man they say stole a woman's cellphone after chasing her through Rosslyn early Sunday morning, according to reports.
Officers responded around 1:41 a.m. to the 1800 block of North Lynn Street for the report of a robbery.
"It was determined the female victim was outside when the male suspect allegedly began yelling at her, chased her and stole her cellphone before fleeing the scene on foot," according to the incident report. "No injuries were reported. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results."

Around 3:20 a.m., an officer noticed a man who matched the description of the suspect in the area of Fairfax Drive and North Stuart Street, according to the report. When the officer tried to detain the man, he ran off. Following a brief pursuit on foot, the officer took the suspect into custody.
Police arrested Jeffery Macaluso of an undetermined address and charged him with robbery and obstruction of justice, according to ACPD. He was then held without bond.
