Retail Tenants Coming To The Milton Apartment Tower In Pentagon City

ARLINGTON, VA — Three new tenants — Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House, Sparkle and Pop Nails and First National Bank — are on schedule to move into retail space next spring at The Milton, a new residential community in Arlington’s Pentagon City neighborhood.

The three businesses will fill part of The Milton’s 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The Milton, at 1446 S. Grant Street, is an 11-story, 253-unit building developed by Kimco Realty. Tenants began moving into the building earlier this summer.

"By introducing these three unique personal service-oriented tenants, The Milton expands the range of options available to our residents and the community," Tom Simmons, president of Kimco Realty's Southern Region, said in a statement Tuesday. "The Milton’s appeal for retailers and businesses lies in its prime location in Pentagon City and the diverse customers this vibrant area of Arlington attracts."

The Milton began leasing one-, two- and three-bedroom units on June 1, with occupancy currently at more than 55 percent. The property also has more leases in negotiation, with limited availability remaining, Kimco Realty said.

The Milton offers residents, customers and businesses easy access to National Landing, the Pentagon City Metro Station and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Yunnan by Potomac Noodle House will offer a modern selection of cuisine from Southwest China. Celebrated for its Mixian noodles, the soul food of Yunnan, the restaurant will serve regionally and seasonally-inspired small plates and large-format family dishes.

Sparkle and Pop Nails is a boutique salon providing an array of nail and spa services. First National Bank will offer a range of personal and business banking services.

The Milton is part of a multiphase development by Kimco Realty in the Pentagon Centre area.
