Taste of Arlington 2013: Street Closures, Parking and Traffic
Watch out for temporary 'no parking' signs.

The Taste of Arlington is this Sunday, May 19, and drivers may encounter road closures and detours starting at midnight Sunday and continuing through 10 p.m.
Unfortunately, the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority will have both the Ballston-MU and Virginia Square Metro stations closed all weekend for repair work on the orange line. There will be shuttles running from Clarendon and East Falls Church. More information here.
Taste of Arlington starts at noon and ends at 5 p.m.

According to Arlington County:
- Wilson Boulevard will be closed eastbound at Glebe Road.
- Wilson Boulevard will be closed westbound at N. Randolph Street (north and southbound Randolph Street will remain open).
- N. Stuart Street will be closed between N. 9th Street and Wilson Boulevard.
- All traffic coming southbound on N. Taylor Street from Fairfax Drive will be forced to go westbound at Wilson Boulevard.
In addition, street parking in the area will be restricted.

Motorists should be on the lookout for temporary “No Parking” signs. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed. If your vehicle is towed from a public street, call 703-228-4252.
According to the Ballston Business Improvement District, which sponsors Taste of Arlington:
If you drive you may park on area streets, inside Ballston Common Mall garage, or at a garage listed here. Additional parking near the Randolph Ticket Center may be found at 4075 Wilson Blvd.
