ARLINGTON, VA — We all know April showers bring May flowers, but we can't say we're disappointed with the sunny forecast for Arlington this weekend.
We'll be seeing classic spring weather in our area this weekend, with highs in the high 50s to mid 60s, getting progressively warmer as we get closer to the start of next week.
It should be dry as well, giving us a nice bit of sunny weather after all this rain.

The weekend will kick off with gusty winds and highs in the 50s Friday. Although it'll be breezy, you can expect sunny skies.
Saturday and Sunday will see temps in the high 50s and low 60s.

Thursday: Isolated showers before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 55. Breezy, with a northwest wind 11 to 16 mph increasing to 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 39 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34. Breezy, with a northwest wind 13 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 54. Northwest wind 14 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 36. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 58. Northwest wind 6 to 8 mph.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 39.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 61.
Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 42.
