Charlotte Thomas Cooper Blackburn, 67, of Paeonian Springs, VA, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013.
Charlotte was born Aug. 2, 1945, to Richard and Maime (Kelley) Cooper.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lester Blackburn, and her children Donna Dugas and husband Chris, Alan Blackburn and Doug Ferrara, Shannon Anderson and husband Rob; grandchildren Derek Lee, Erin Lee, Chad Dugas, Thomas Dugas, Brooke Anderson and Taylor Anderson; brother Stanley Cooper and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Richard Cooper, sisters Selba Kintz and Ethel Bell.

She was there for many people and often asked for advice. A love of shopping and friends and most especially family.
She leaves many broken hearts, fond memories and tearful smiles as we say good-bye - until we meet again.

Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle SE, in Leesburg Monday, April 1. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, at the chapel.
