Energy Efficient Home Builder To Unveil Belmont Park Homes In Ashburn
Belmont Park will be a new two-story condo and three-story townhouse community that meets Zero Energy Ready Home standards.
ASHBURN, VA — With the housing supply on the rise in Ashburn, energy efficiency is at the center of one of the newest residential communities.
Energy efficient home builder Beazer Homes announced upcoming sales at its Belmont Park community. Belmont Park, located close to Route 7 and Claiborne Parkway, will have 106 two-story condominiums and 57 three-story townhouses. Prices are expected to be between the $570,000s and the $650,000s.
A grand opening is planned April 26 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. to kick off sales of the condos. According to Beazer homes, townhouse sales will begin later in the summer. The grand opening will include ice cream from SCOOPS2U and a chance to ask questions about buying a home at Belmont Park. RSVPs are requested.

All of the Belmont Park homes will meet standards of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home program, which provide 40 to 50 percent more energy efficiency than an average new home. Beazer Homes says it was the first national home builder in the U.S. to commit to all single-family homes built will meet the Zero Energy Ready Home program criteria.

The condos and townhouses will range from 1,565 to 2,333 square feet. Residences will have three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, and one or two-car garages.
