Fatal DUI Crash In Brambleton Prompts New Charge For Driver
A single-vehicle crash that killed a passenger led to two charges for the driver, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

BRAMBLETON, VA — The driver in Saturday's fatal DUI crash in Brambleton is facing an additional charge, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
The crash happened arounf 11:59 p.m. Saturday on Olympia Drive at Ringneck Place. The sheriff's office charged the driver, Mr. Anvesh Hungenalli, 36, of Brambleton, with involuntary manslaughter in addition to the previous driving under the influence charge. He is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
After the single-vehicle crash, front seat passenger, Katherine Ovando Leal, 29, of Brambleton, was pronounced dead at the scene. Hungenalli was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
