Crosswalk, Traffic Signal Additions Planned For Ashburn Intersections
Loudoun County's intersection improvement program is advancing projects at several Ashburn intersections.
ASHBURN, VA — Loudoun County government is looking to make crossing the street and turning onto busier streets easier at more Ashburn intersections.
According to the county government, traffic signal and crosswalk additions at two intersections are in the design phase. These include the Ashburn Farm Parkway and Golden Meadow Circle/Summerwood Circle intersection and the Ashburn Road and Faulkner Parkway intersection.
Golden Meadow Circle and Summerwood Circle are side streets with stop signs yielding to the busier Ashburn Farm Parkway, which is a median-divided roadway. A design of the intersection includes sidewalk and trail connections. The intersection could have construction completed in fiscal year 2027.
