Curry Pizza House, 2 More Businesses Planned At Loudoun Station Near Ashburn Metro

ASHBURN, VA — A restaurant and two new businesses have signed leases to open at Loudoun Station, a development connected to the Ashburn Metro Station.

Loudoun Station developer Comstock Holding Companies announced that Curry Pizza House, Dogtopia and Hawaii Fluid Art will be the new additions. A timeline for the openings was not immediately available.

"We are thrilled to welcome Dogtopia, Curry Pizza House, and Hawaii Fluid Art to Loudoun Station," said Tim Steffan, chief operating officer at Comstock. "These three exciting additions demonstrate our commitment to delivering a dynamic and diverse mix of high-quality amenities that can be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike."

Dogtopia will have a 5,600-square-foot space at Loudoun Station to provide doggy daycare, boarding, grooming and training. The brand is North America's largest dog daycare provider, with more than 275 locations open. The space will have climate-controlled playrooms, UV-equipped HVAC systems, and certified Canine Coaches.

"As early adopters of the brand 17 years ago, we’ve loved being part of Dogtopia’s evolution and are extremely excited to bring this new location to the greater Loudoun community," said Taylor James and Arthur Prediger, the owners of the Dogtopia - Loudoun Station location. "Dogs give us their all every day, so we’re excited to bring another a safe, nurturing, and fun environment to where they—and their parents—can thrive."

Curry Pizza House will occupy a 2,000-square-foot space, bringing a South Asian twist to pizza. This will be the first Virginia location for Curry Pizza House, which operates in California, Nevada, Texas, Oregon and Washington. Pizza options include chiken tikka, curry chicken masala, chili paneer, butter chicken, aloo gobhi, palak paneer and more. Vegan options are available, and pizzas can be paired with small plates, salads, wings and desserts.

Hawaii Fluid Art will be an art studio for artists of all ability levels. Artists can learn art techniques through classes and experiences.

Loudoun Station is Loudoun County's only Metro-connected development. One other business at Loudoun Station — Kung Fu Tea, was reported to be closed by The Burn near the end of 2024.
