Dig Opens First Virginia Location At Ashburn's One Loudoun
Dig, a fast casual option for seasonal comfort food, opened a new location last week at One Loudoun.
ASHBURN, VA — A fast casual chain is making its entrance into the Virginia market with its first location in One Loudoun.
Dig opened last Friday at 44743 Brimfield Dr. Ashburn, VA next to Trader Joe's. First started in New York City, the chain focuses on seasonal comfort food with some ingredients rotating seasonally. The menu includes plates, salads, sides and take-home family dinners.
The business also seeks to provide a place for aspiring chefs to hone their home-cooking culinary skills. Dig also has regional locations in Bethesda and Georgetown.
