Loudoun Co. to Conduct Two Managed Deer Hunts in Nov.

Loudoun Co. Parks and Recreation will conduct two three-day deer hunts at Bles Park and Edgar Tillett Memorial Park Nov. 7, 14 and 21.

Loudoun County is conducting two additional three-day managed deer hunts at Bles Park and Edgar Tillett Memorial Park in Ashburn Nov. 7, 14 and 21.

The hunts are being conducted in order to prevent degradation of natural resources and negative impacts to the health of the herd since the carrying capacity of deer at the park sites has been exceeded.

A previously announced hunt will be conducted at Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve in Leesburg Oct. 17, 24 and 31.
