STERLING, VA — A new open-air market for businesses will seek to bring new life into the Dulles Town Center property.

Eat Loco Farmers Markets, which runs several farmers markets in Loudoun County and Arlington's Metropolitan Park, announced plans for an open-air market. The market, in partnership with Dulles Town Center on the mall's outdoor property, will open in March 2025 and run on Sundays.

"This new outdoor venue will provide hundreds of 'local businesses' with a chance to promote and sell their products to the public, bringing even more opportunities for our community to connect with the amazing entrepreneurs right here in Loudoun County," said Dan Hine, Eat Loco Farmers Markets' founder and CEO, in a Facebook post to followers.

The market is being branded as Loudoun County's first open air business market, differing from the farmers markets focused on food producer vendors. According to Hine, the Dulles Town Center property offers a prime location and more than 7,500 parking spots to connect businesses and visitors. The market will be geared toward all kinds of businesses and will have local musician performances, a seating area and be dog friendly.

Vendors will be able to sign up for the market starting on Feb. 1, 2025. Hines says more "exciting surprises" about the market will be shared closer to the opening.
